Submission Information

All papers will undergo a rigorous peer review process. Submissions must be in IEEE conference format (4-6 pages) and uploaded via inkaegis.com. At least one author must register and present for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. Authors are encouraged to select the most relevant track during submission.

Paper Submission Guidelines

Peer Review Process: All submissions undergo a thorough single-blind peer review by at least two independent experts. Similarity screening is performed using IEEE CrossCheck to ensure originality and academic integrity.
Submission Requirements
  • Electronic submission via inkaegis.com (PDF format only).
  • Manuscript must follow the IEEE conference template (two-column, US letter size).
  • Recommended length: 4–6 pages (including figures, tables, and references).
  • Up to 2 additional pages permitted with payment of an extra page fee.
  • Language: English (clear, grammatically correct).
  • Do not include page numbers, headers, or footers in the manuscript.
  • Select the appropriate technical track that best matches your contribution during submission.
  • All authors must ensure that the manuscript is original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

  • Category based on first author's affiliation. Low/middle-income discount upon approval.
  • Only presented papers submitted to IEEE Xplore. No-show papers rejected.
  • In-person presentation mandatory for Uzbekistan authors; virtual allowed for overseas.
  • IEEE Members receive 20% discount on registration fees (valid ID required).
  • All fees non-refundable except conference cancellation.
